Activity log and this month's estimated bill

Workspace settings now has an Activity page, and the billing page shows an estimate of this month's charge up front.

Admins and owners can open the Activity page to review administrative actions on the workspace, newest first: member removal and restore, role changes, ownership transfer, artifact handover between members, plan changes, and artifact deletion. Previously the navigation only showed a "coming soon" placeholder, with no way to check what had happened.

The billing page now shows this month's estimated bill at the top: the plan charge (already charged or still upcoming this month, or the next invoice date for annual contracts outside their renewal month) plus the estimated storage overage for the month, with a total in your contract currency, tax excluded. Previously the fixed fee and the overage estimate lived on separate pages.
