Prices

• Plus plan: JPY 800 per month or JPY 8,000 per year, excluding tax
• Team plan: JPY 4,500 per month or JPY 45,000 per year, excluding tax
• For Plus and Team plans, storage exceeding the amount included in the plan is charged at JPY 16 per GB per month, excluding tax
• Prices are also shown on the checkout screen

Additional Fees

Customers are responsible for consumption tax and any internet connection or data communication charges.

Payment Method and Timing

Payment is accepted by credit card. The card is charged when the subscription begins and automatically charged again for each monthly or annual subscription period.

Application Period

There is no fixed application period. You may subscribe at any time.

Service Availability

The service is available immediately after payment is completed.

Automatic Renewal

There is no minimum subscription period. Monthly subscriptions renew every month, and annual subscriptions renew every year, under the same conditions unless cancelled.

Cancellation and Withdrawal

You may cancel at any time through the customer portal. After cancellation, you may continue using the service until the end of the period already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds. Due to the nature of the service, cancellations and refunds are not available after service begins, except where required by law.
